    SEB issues Additional Tier 1 (AT1) capital to optimise its capital structure. The USD 600m issuance has a coupon of 6.75 per cent and an issue price of 100 per cent. The loan is perpetual, but SEB has the option to redeem the loan after eight years (2 June 2034), and any time thereafter.     According to the decision at the Annual General Meeting on 24 March 2026, SEB has cancelled 57,236,390 Class A shares held for capital management purposes. The share capital of SEK 21,942m is unchanged. At the Annual General Meeting (AGM), Marcus Wallenberg, Jacob Aarup-Andersen, Signhild Arnegård Hansen, Jan Erik Back, Anne-Catherine Berner, John Flint, Svein Tore Holsether, Eva Lindholm, Lars Ottersgård, and Johan Torgeby were re-elected as Directors of the Board.
