SEB’s rights issue completed
The issue increases the number of SEB shares by 116,311,618 of which 111,230,995 are A-shares and 5,080,623 C-shares. The rights issue brings the share capital to SEK 7,045,576,800 and the number of shares to 704,557,680 of which 673,784,123 are A-shares and 30,773,557
C-shares.
The newly issued shares are expected to be available for trading on the Stockholm Stock Exchange from 18 January 2000.
