Seco Tools’ CFO Tomas Eliasson has been offered and accepted a position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President of ASSA ABLOY. Tomas Eliasson will leave the company at the end of August. With effect from 1 September 2006 and until a successor is found, Stefan Sjödahl, Manager Group Accounting, will serve as acting CFO.
