Changes to the Securitas Group Management team
Henrik Zetterberg is appointed Divisional President Europe as Peter Karlströmer steps down.

Today, we are happy to announce that Henrik Zetterberg, currently Chief Operating Officer Europe and a member of Group Management and with Securitas since 2014, is appointed to the role of Divisional President Europe as Peter Karlstromer steps down. All other Group Management members continue in their current roles.
- I am delighted to appoint Henrik Zetterberg as president of our European division. Henrik has demonstrated very strong leadership and has been successful in many different roles, most recently being responsible for the day-to-day operations in all countries in our European division and driving several important strategic projects, such as client excellence and the STANLEY Security acquisition. Henrik is client focused, people centric and result oriented, which is what we need to continue our journey in Europe. Peter Karlströmer, who has been with Securitas since 2019 as Divisional President Europe, has decided to leave Securitas to pursue opportunities outside of the company.

This change will be effective immediately; however, Peter Karlströmer will remain in the company to support an orderly handover until December 31, 2022.
ABOUT Henrik Zetterberg
Henrik Zetterberg joined Securitas as Senior Vice President, General Counsel in 2014. On January 1, 2018, he assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer Securitas Europe with a focus on Northern Europe. On 1 July 2020, he was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer for Securitas Europe in totality. His previous experience includes various roles at Assa Abloy, as part of Group Legal and within different divisions, including Head of Legal for the Entrance System Division and within business development. Previously he was a senior associate at the law firm Mannheimer Swartling.
Henrik Zetterberg has a law degree from Lund University, Sweden.
