Securitas Annual General Meeting - clarification of yesterday's press release Since the name of one of the Board of Directors was missing from yesterday's press release, Securitas wishes to make a clarification regarding the Board of Directors elected at the Annual General Meeting held yesterday. The following persons were re-elected as Board of Directors at Securitas' Annual General Meeting held April 15, 1999: Thomas Berglund, Gustaf Douglas, Philippe Foriel-Destezet, Anders Frick, Wilhelm Heilmann, Berthold Lindqvist, Fredrik Palmstierna and Melker Schörling. Further, Denis R. Brown, President and CEO of Pinkerton and Carl Douglas, deputy Director since 1992, were also elected.
