Securitas disposes of Scand park

Securitas disposes of Scand Park Securitas Sweden has today, May 18, 1999 disposed of 100 percent of the shares of Scand Park, Svensk Bolagsinkasso AB ("Scand Park"), to Nordisk Parkering AB. Scand Park, with annual sales of approximately MSEK 50 and 57 employees, operates in the parking and collection service business in Sweden. The disposal is in line with Securitas' continued focus on the core business and will not affect Securitas' result during 1999.
