Securitas has acquired the technology security company Chillida Sistemas de Seguridad in Spain. Enterprise value is estimated to MSEK 205 (MEUR 23).In 2011, Chillida had annual sales of approximately MSEK 265 (MEUR 30) and approximately 200 employees.
