Sedana Medical’s nomination committee appointed

Sedana Medical AB (publ) today publish that in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2019, the Chairman of the Board has contacted the company’s three largest shareholders or group of shareholders in terms of votes to form a Nomination Committee. These shareholders have been invited to appoint one representative each who, together with the Chairman of the Board, will comprise the Nomination Committee. 

Sedana Medical's Nomination Committee for the 2020 Annual General Meeting consists of:

•  Thomas Eklund, Chairman of the Board
•  Karl Tobieson, appointed by Linc AB
•  Sten Gibeck, Board member 
•  Anders Walldov

Karl Tobieson is appointed chairman of the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee represents 28.9 per cent of all voting rights in the company as of September 30, 2019.

The Nomination Committee shall submit proposals for resolution by the 2020 Annual General Meeting pertaining to the election of Chairman of the Board, fees and composition of the Board, auditors’ fees and the election of auditors.
