PSYCHE OF BRITISH INVESTORS UNVEILED – AND IT’S GOOD NEWS FOR THE UK ECONOMY

An independent survey of 2,400 UK investors, conducted by leading researcher OnePoll on behalf of specialist investment company Select Property, has revealed that there is growing confidence in the UK economy which is causing investors to become increasingly active. The research found that 57% of the respondents are confident in the UK economy, while more than two-thirds (64%) consider the UK to be the safest place for investments and 40% believe it to be the most profitable global market. SELECT PROPERTY EXPERIENCES METEORIC SALES SURGE IN Q1

£106 million worth of property sold from January – March 2014 by North West business.Cheshire-headquartered property investment company, Select Property, has announced that it has had the most successful quarter in its history, with more than £106 million worth of real estate sold from January to March 2014. This represents a 222% increase from Q4 2013 and a 140% increase year-on-year. During Q1 the business sold 437 properties from its three offices in Cheshire, London and Dubai to clients from around the world, with the Middle East, South East Asia and UK being the most active markets.
