(Oslo, Norway, January 15, 2019)  Vatne Equity AS has today acquired 600,000 shares in Self Storage Group ASA at a price of NOK 16.15 per share. Indirect owner of Vatne Equity AS, Runar Vatne, is a Board Member of Self Storage Group ASA.

Following this transaction Vatne Equity AS holds 3,207,630 shares in Self Storage Group ASA, equaling 4.88% of the total share capital and votes of the company.
