Reference is made to stock exchange announcement 25.06.2019 concerning the increase of share capital.
The new share capital of NOK 7 872 112.30, divided into 78 721 123 shares each with par value of NOK 0.10 is now registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
