SSG - Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to stock exchange announcement 24.08.2021 concerning the increase of share capital.

The new share capital of NOK 9 467 858,40 divided into 94 678 584 shares each with par value of NOK 0.10 is now registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
