Selvaag Bolig ASA - Sold units worth NOK 966 million in the third quarter
Selvaag Bolig ASA sold 303 units during the third quarter 2012 with a combined value of NOK 966 million. The company had a total of 993 units under construction at the end of the quarter.
"The solid demand in the first half of 2012 continued into the third quarter. We experience good sales in all our markets. So far this year we have sold 791 units with a combined value of NOK 2.63 billion. We are on target to reach our 2012 goals," says Baard Schumann, CEO of Selvaag Bolig.
During the quarter Selvaag Bolig started sales of projects with a total of 185 units, including new sales starts in Nydalen, at Løren and at Mortensrud in Oslo, as well as the Jaasund area at Sola outside Stavanger.
The company started construction of a total of 156 units during the third quarter. 222 units were completed, whereof 210 was delivered. Three of the twelve units that were completed but not delivered were sold and will be delivered in the fourth quarter. Also, seven units which were completed in previous quarters were delivered during the third quarter. As per the end of the third quarter, Selvaag Bolig had a total of 21 unsold units.
