The board of directors of Selvaag Bolig ASA wants to pay dividend twice a year.

"Our goal is to maximise the return to shareholders by increasing both the value of their shares and the dividend we pay. The company's solid financial position and good prospects mean that the board now wants to introduce a more active dividend policy. It is accordingly proposing to pay dividend twice a year rather than once," says CEO Baard Schumann.

Selvaag Bolig's goal is to pay a dividend of up to 50 per cent of its net profit. The board of Selvaag Bolig ASA has proposed a payment of NOK 1.20 per share for 2014, corresponding to 44 per cent of the net profit.
