Selvaag Bolig ASA: Mandatory notification of trades by primary insiders

Gisele Marchand, director, purchased 450 shares on 3. February 2021. The shares were purchased at an average at a price of NOK 54.90. Following this transaction, Marchand owns 5 450 shares in Selvaag Bolig ASA.

As previously communicated at the 2020 AGM, shareholder-elected directors have received NOK 50 000 each to purchase shares.
