Selvaag Bolig ASA: Proposed adjustment of bond loan and summons of a bondholders meeting

Selvaag Bolig ASA (the "Company") is proposing an adjustment in its NOK 500 million Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2013/2018 with ISIN NO 001 068372.5 (the "Bond Issue") to clarify interim dividend payments in accordance with the previous information provided by the Company.

The proposed adjustment is subject to approval of a bondholders meeting, which will be held on 29 September 2015. The Company has received commitments from the largest holders of the bonds in the Bond Issue to vote in favour of the proposed adjustment at the bondholders' meeting.
