About Us

Semcon is an international technology consultancy company that was founded in 1980. Between 1995 and 2022, Semcon was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. In November 2022, Semcon was acquired and delisted by Ratos AB (publ). In 2024,the merger between Semcon and its sister company Knightec was announced.
