Henrik Sund appointed new CEO of Semcon

Semcon’s Board of Directors has decided to appoint Henrik Sund as the company’s new CEO as of 1 October 2006. Henrik Sund, 45, has a Master of Science with a background in industrial economics. He has extensive experience of the telecom market, consultancy and international sales. He joins Semcon from Nokia Networks, where he had global responsibility for Managed Services, which involves the operation and management of telecom operators’ networks. Prior to that he spent 11 years at Capgemini in various management positions in Sweden and abroad.
