Major order for Semcon Automotive R&D

Semcon has received its single largest order in Design & Development. The order is from Volvo Car Corporation and concerns project management and engineering design for a new car project.

“A recurrent trend at our customers is to place all or parts of all major development assignments with sub-suppliers and partners,” says Stefan Ohlsson, Vice president Semcon Automotive R&D. “We have strategically developed our tools and methodology to be able to take on ever larger projects.
