New framework agreement for automation solutions in life science
Semcon has signed a new framework agreement as supplier to Graniten. The agreement, which runs indefinitely, covers services in robot programming, electrical design, mechanical design and validation.
Graniten is a global product supplier in pharmaceutical and healthcare automation and offers products ranging from custom innovations to full-scale production equipment. The company is based on business and technological innovation and currently collaborates with a number of major partners within the pharmaceutical industry and lab automation.
“This is a very interesting collaboration for us at Semcon. Graniten specialises in automation solutions in life science, which ties together our skills in this sector with our expertise in automation,” says Robert Eliasson, Area Manager Production Development at Semcon.
The new framework agreement covers services in electrical design, PLC/robot programming, automation, mechanical design and validation. The agreement entails an expansion of previous collaboration into new areas of expertise.
