New framework agreement for product information with BSH Home Appliances

Semcon has signed a new framework agreement with BSH, Europe’s leading home appliance manufacturer with globally renowned brands such as Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau and Neff. The agreement covers Semcon’s extensive product information offering and will run until the end of 2025. 

“We are very happy about this new agreement. BSH consists of globally well-known brands with products for the everyday life at home. This means that our product information can help improve the product experience for many people all over the world”, says Elke Grundmann, Department Manager at Semcon Product Information Germany. 

A deciding factor in choosing Semcon as the new framework agreement partner was the company's presence in the German market, its familiarity with the relevant standards and work processes, as well as its international presence and experience in the home appliances sector.

The agreement will run until the end of 2025 and the first assignment for Semcon has started in April. BSH will have full access to Semcon’s expertise in product information – from technical writers and illustrators to information architects and more.
