New headquarters for Semcon
Semcon has decided to build a new head office in Göteborg, Sweden. Occupancy is planned for January 2015.
We want to create a more cost-effective headquarters that not only meets tomorrow's demands for a modern workplace, but also focuses on the environment, accessibility and effective use of space.
“Our ambition is to create a new office that promotes personal interaction and is cost-effective. It will also be suitable for projects, which is a business model that is continually increasing,” says Markus Granlund, Semcon’s CEO.
“It will be a ‘green building-certified’ property with a Scandinavian design of stone, glass and wood,” says Magnus Månsson of Semrén & Månsson who designed the building. BRA Bygg AB is the building contractor.
