Semcon appoints new CFO

Semcon has appointed Björn Strömberg as its new CFO with effect from August 2007. He is 47 years old, has a B.Sc. Economics and many years’ experience of working at an international, market-listed company.

His last position was at Gunnebo AB where he worked for over 12 years as Group Controller. He was involved in Gunnebo developing into an international security group, with business in over 30 countries, via various corporate acquisitions. Before this he worked at Ernst & Young for 12 years as an authorised public accountant, which included being a member of the management team at the Göteborg office.
