Semcon chooses PING PONG for investment in e-learning Semcon and the information technology company Partitur are starting a strategic partnership within e-learning, using the web-based learning platform PING PONG. The agreement also means that Semcon Competence Development will represent PING PONG training both in Sweden and abroad. Education is one of the fastest growing activities on the Internet and a central part of Semcon Competence Development's offer in education. To support continued investment Semcon has been investigating the market for different LMS systems. "We chose the Swedish PING PONG system so we could build up a competitive offer as quickly as possible both for Semcon Group staff and our customers," says Hans Krondahl, MD of Semcon Competence Development AB. The partnership involves competence development for all Semcon Group staff, all the training company Semcon Competence Development's training courses and services and also marketing and sales to mutual end-customers. "The fact that we and our customers will have an opportunity to influence the further development of PING PONG will ensure the functionality we're aiming for," says Hans Krondahl.
