Semcon has signed a Letter of Intent with Besam of Landskrona Semcon is continuing its dynamic expansion in the technical information sector and has signed a Letter of Intent with Besam of Landskrona, Sweden, with the aim of taking over Besam's technical information business. Negotiations should be completed during December 2000. Besam is a world leader in door automation and revolving doors, with sales in more than 70 countries. The partnership means that certain staff at Besam Production AB will be offered positions at Semcon and that Semcon will take over responsibility for producing all the company's technical documentation for customers. Four employees at Besam as well as a number of consultants will be included in the partnership.
