Semcon’s chairman of the board has acquired 325,000 Semcon AB shares

Chairman Christian W. Jansson has acquired 325,000 Semcon AB shares, giving him an overall holding, directly and indirectly, of 504,000 shares. Furthermore, Christian W. Jansson has a convertible loan of SEK 1,500,000, which will be converted in June 2006. After conversion Christian W. Jansson’s holding will be 546,857 shares, or 3.05% of all shares.
