Semcon’s sustainability report for 2023 is now available on the company’s website www.semcon.com.

“In 2023, we took important steps to bring our strong combined offering of engineering, digital and sustainability services to market in an even better way,” says Markus Granlund, CEO of Semcon.

The world urgently needs the development and upscaling of green and innovative technologies and for all companies to transition to net-zero and circular value chains. By combining the strengths of our various areas of expertise, Semcon can take a holistic approach to business design, product, production, and service development. This enables us to support our customers’ journeys towards future-proof strategies and operations.

“It is through customer assignments that we make our greatest contribution to a sustainable society,” says Heidi Östlund, Head of Sustainability at Semcon, and continues:

“The planetary crisis – in combination with geopolitical challenges, resource scarcity and disruptive technologies – is forcing companies and organisations to rethink ‘business as usual’. To remain competitive, it is time to move beyond optimising strategies and combine digital and sustainability transformation agendas.”
