Semcon signs framework agreement with NOKIA Semcon has signed a framework agreement with NOKIA. The agreement means expanding the co-operation with NOKIA regarding the supply of consultancy services for IS/IT, electronics, mechanics and technical information, as well as management services and project leadership. "Semcon is significantly expanding in the telecom sector. The framework agreement with NOKIA is therefore strategically important for our further development and growth in this sector," says Catharina Sjögren, deputy MD Semcon Sweden AB. "We have wide-ranging competence and specialist expertise in a number of key areas for telecoms and can take overall control of the development process for our customers," concludes Catharina Sjögren. Telecom is one of Semcon's prioritized areas. It was responsible for 24 % of total sales in 2000.
