Semcon’s recently-started subsidiary claims new IT market segments Semcon has started a new subsidiary, Zingle by Semcon. The company is part of Semcon’s IT range and will operate in the “Identity and Access Management” area.

Most companies today have a complex IT infrastructure with many different systems, such as business systems, customer support systems, Windows, intranet and databases, where users have different identities and passwords. Using software from IBM as a platform, Zingle by Semcon has developed concepts where the user gets one password with secure access to the right system (Single Sign-on). “Our concepts significantly improve handling and security for our customers and rapid implementation gives immediate effects. More than half of the issues dealt with by company IT departments or helpdesks are about identities and passwords, which means lots of administration that wastes both time and money,” says Peter Lörincz, CEO of Zingle by Semcon.
