Sensys Gatso Group awarded contract for Red Light Enforcement Services in Lancaster, Pennsylvania valued at up to SEK 29 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions built on trusted innovation, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso USA, has been awarded a contract by the City of Lancaster, PA to install and support their Automated Red Light Enforcement (ARLE) system. The contract includes a three-year initial term with three additional one-year options for extension, with an estimated value of up to USD 3.1 Million, corresponding to SEK 29 Million. Go-live of the ARLE system is expected later this year.

Lancaster will position cameras at approximately five intersections around the City. The ARLE program’s primary objective is to enhance motorist and pedestrian safety by eliminating traffic deaths and serious injuries by 2030, a goal established in the City’s Vision Zero Action Plan. 

This new agreement expands Sensys Gatso’s existing footprint in the state of Pennsylvania. The company currently provides red-light enforcement as part of Services agreements with several other jurisdictions in the state.
