Sensys Gatso receives red-light TRaaS renewal contract with Village of Orland Park, worth SEK 7.8 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary, Sensys Gatso USA, has executed a 5-year base-term automated red light enforcement renewal contract with the Village of Orland Park, IL, USA. The contract is estimated to be worth up to USD 745,000, corresponding to SEK 7.8 million.

The Village has been a Sensys Gatso customer since 2014. The program currently has red light camera systems which will be upgraded with the company’s latest photo enforcement technology.  

“We appreciate the confidence that the Village of Orland Park has in continuing their traffic safety partnership with us,” said Sensys Gatso USA President and Managing Director, Bill Braden. “We are excited to bring our latest technology to their automated traffic enforcement program. This system provides hi-resolution still imagery and 4k video to record indisputable evidence of the violations”, he said.

This is the fourth contract renewal that Sensys Gatso USA has secured so far in 2024.
