Acquisition of properties at Säve flygplats
As per 1 November 2016, Serneke has acquired the Nolvik 9:1 and Åseby 9:1 properties, which are situated directly adjacent to Serneke’s properties at Säve flygplats (also known as Göteborg City Airport), just north of Gothenburg.
The properties comprise approximately 33,000 square meters of land area, of which fully-leased buildings cover 3,455 square meters, with tenants including the Swedish Maritime Administration and Svensk Pilotutbildning, as well as hotel and restaurant operations and associated parking spaces. One of the properties is a newly built parking facility with a total of 720 parking spaces. The acquisition has been made through the purchase of a company and the combined underlying property value amounting to approximately SEK 83 million.
The properties are located directly adjacent to Serneke’s existing properties at Säve flygplats and will be an essential complement to the company’s vision of developing the Säve area as a center for experiences and a development center for motor-related operations.
