New number of shares in Serneke
Following the implementation of a new share issue and the exchange of convertibles in Serneke Group AB (“Serneke”), the number of shares increased by 6,149,067 Series B shares and the number of votes by 614,906.7 during November 2016.
In a press release on 24 November 2016, Serneke announced that the share issue approved by the company in connection with Serneke’s stock exchange listing had been fully subscribed and that 5,681,818 new Series B shares had been issued. At the same time, it was announced that the company had issued an over-allotment option to Carnegie Investment Bank AB to acquire at most 681,818 additional newly issued Series B shares. To cover over-allotments in the offering, Carnegie Investment Bank AB has borrowed 681,818 Series B shares from Ola Serneke Invest AB.
During the month of November, a further 467,249 Series B shares were issued through the exchange of convertibles. As per 30 November 2016, the total number of shares in Serneke amounts to 22,714,852, of which 5,360,000 are Series A shares and 17,354,852 are Series B shares. The total number of votes in Serneke amounts to 7,095,485.2. Following the increase, the share capital amounts to SEK 2,271,485.20.
