Serneke acquires additional property by Karlastaden

Serneke Fastighet AB has acquired the property Göteborg Lindholmen 1:22 via a wholly owned subsidiary. The property is adjacent to the upcoming Karlastaden district and is strategically important to further development of the area. The purchase price amounts to SEK 127 million.

“The aim of the acquisition is to be able to develop the property in line with the development plans for Karlstaden. This opens up further opportunities to make the district as great as it can be,” says Krister Johansson, President, Serneke Fastighet AB.

The property comprises about 9,000 square meters of land and the premises area amounts to approximately 10,000 square meters. The sellers are three private individuals.

Financing of the acquisition consists of a combination of bank loans with company funds. The date of taking ownership of the property is set for October 2, 2017.
