Serneke enters cooperation agreement with the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre
Serneke has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre to commence the planning of a development project involving existing properties and extensions connected with the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre’s facility on Korsvägen in Gothenburg.
“The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre’s expansion plan, encompassing the period until 2030, includes extended entrances, flexible spaces for meetings and events, and increased hotel and office capacity in a new, fourth tower,” says Carin Kindbom, President & Group CEO of the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre.
The agreement that has been signed entails Serneke, moving the development project for the Korsvägen facility forward in selected stages in collaboration with the Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre.
