As a part of the planned expansion, Serneke is now moving its Stockholm office out from Gustavsberg to the north side of Kungsholmen and Franzéngatan 1B in Stockholm inner city.

Serneke established construction and project development operations in Stockholm in fall 2014.  During summer 2016, Serneke Civil Engineering also hired a construction manager in the region as an initial step to establish the divisions operations in the capital. The move to central Stockholm is one way to maintain access in the company while increasing availability.

“At the new office, we are gathering our operations in construction, civil engineering and project development under one roof, which is a part of the strength of our offering. We are increasing availability for both employees and customers and thereby also making our expansion in the region easier,” said Ola Serneke, CEO of Serneke Group.

Stockholm is the hub of the expansive Mälardalen region with large demands in both Uppsala and Eskilstuna as well as several other growth areas.

“We have had strong growth in recent years, but we now see further potential as an established challenger to the major players in the industry. In the Stockholm area, we have invested both in employees and companies to create a proper platform to continue growing from,” said Ola Serneke.

Serneke is a rapidly growing corporate group active in construction, civil engineering, project development and property management with around 800 employees. Through novel thinking, we drive development and create more effective and more innovative solutions for responsible construction. The business has a good mix of public and commercial assignments, providing strength over economic cycles.
