Krister Johansson has been recruited as the Managing Director of Serneke’s Property Management division. In this division, Serneke manages and develops properties for long-term value increase.

“I’ve been watching Serneke for some time and have seen how the company is growing and succeeding in what nobody else has had the courage to take on. It’s an exciting company that’s truly on the forefront in terms of being a society builder. I’m confident that they will also succeed in the future and I am looking forward to joining them on this journey,” saidKrister Johansson.

In the past two years, Krister has been the President of the Swedish property company Fastighetsaktiebolaget Tornstaden. Before then, he was the construction manager at the housing company Mölndalsbostäder and was then involved in developing the Mölndals Centrum area.

“Krister has just the right background and experience that we need and we often come into contact with attractive projects that fit us perfectly to manage and develop,” said Ola Serneke, CEO, Serneke Group.

Krister Johansson will begin as the Managing Director of the Property Management division in the first week in December.
