Serneke publishes prospectus

On 17 December 2020, Serneke announced, among others, that the Board of Directors had resolved to carry out a rights issue of approximately SEK 170 million (the “Rights Issue”). The prospectus that has been prepared in connection with the Rights Issue (the “Prospectus”) has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, and is available on Serneke’s website, www.serneke.se. Within a couple of days the Prospectus will also be published in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's prospectus register, www.fi.se.
