Serneke’s application for delisting has been approved and the Board of Directors has resolved not to publish the interim report for the second quarter of 2023
SERNEKE Group AB’s (publ) ("Serneke") application for de-listing has now been approved by Nasdaq. The last day of trading in Serneke’s share on Nasdaq Stockholm will be 5 July 2023.
Against the above background, the Board of Directors of Serneke has decided not to publish Serneke’s interim report for the second quarter of 2023.
