Serneke to build 73 apartments in Lund
Serneke has been commissioned by LKF, the municipal property company in Lund, to build 73 new rental apartments in Lund. The order is valued at approximately SEK 85 million.
A great deal of construction is planned in Lund and LKF currently has more than 800 homes in production. Serneke is to produce 73 of these, with building permit planning to begin immediately.

The Nymfen block is located in Södra Råbylund and the current project is divided between two buildings, four and two stories tall respectively. The total living space is 4,066 square meters, distributed between 73 apartments, ranging from one to four rooms plus kitchen. The apartments are scheduled for completion at the end of 2018.
“We are very pleased to be able to start, together with Serneke, another housing project. These homes are being built in an attractive location by the new Råby Lake,” says LKF President, Håkan Ekelund.
