Serneke to build apartments and preschool in Lund
Serneke Construction has entered into an agreement with Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB to build 116 tenant-owner apartments in the Brunnshög area. The contract is valued at approximately SEK 208 million.
In addition to 116 apartments, ranging in size from one to four rooms plus kitchen, of which 11 are serviced apartments, the project also includes a preschool with five sections, and premises for shops. The total gross floor area amounts to just over 13,000 square meters.

The project will be carried out as a turnkey project with construction expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2017. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2019.
The order amount of approximately SEK 208 million will be included in the order bookings for the second quarter of 2017.
