Serneke to construct 158 apartments in central Stockholm
Serneke is to construct 158 apartments, of which 50 will provide student accommodation, at Hornstull in Stockholm. The contract with Svenska Bostäder is valued at approximately SEK 480 million.
The Kv. Plankan 24 project comprises an entire city block, where 66 rental apartments will be produced in two new stories in an existing property. In the courtyard of the block, a new circular building will be constructed, containing 42 rental apartments and 50 student apartments.

Construction is scheduled to commence in April 2019 and the project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022. The value of the contract of approximately SEK 480 million is included in order bookings for the second quarter of 2019.
