Serneke acquires land from Platzer at Säve

In early May, Serneke and Platzer signed a letter of intent regarding a major land acquisition at Säve Flygplats. The contract has now been signed. Serneke Property Management is acquiring Platzer’s 100-hectare property at Säve Depå for an underlying property value of approximately SEK 100 million.The relevant area at Säve, which covers about one million square meters, is directly adjacent to the property that Serneke acquired in May 2016.
