Serneke to build additional housing for Förbo in Kungälv

Serneke Construction has entered into a contract with Förbo to build additional tenant-owner apartments in the new district of Kongahälla in Kungälv. The order is valued at approximately SEK 54 million.The project has the name Kongahälla 5.2 and will be a residential building with eight floors and 31 apartments, as well as available premises.
