Memphis, Tenn. (September 24, 2010)Shane and Jodi Pratt, owners of ServiceMaster Elite Cleaning and Restoration in Muskogee, Oklahoma, were recently honored with three levels of awards during the ServiceMaster Clean, AmeriSpec and Furniture Medic International Convention held in Boston at the Hynes Convention Center. Shane and Jodi received the Achiever Award, the ServiceMaster Clean Expert Award, and Marion E. Wade Master Award of Honor for their outstanding 2009 business performance and contributions.

Recipients of the Achiever Award must meet a variety of criteria in order to be nominated, including a minimum revenue amount, annual growth of at least 10 percent.  From these recipients, the top franchises are selected for the Expert Award. Shane and Jodi were nominated for their outstanding leadership and commitment with customers, employees, fellow franchisees and the community.

The Marion E. Wade Master Award of Honor is only given to the top six franchise owners annually out of 4,500 businesses worldwide. The Marion E. Wade Founder’s award, which is the largest and most prestigious given to a franchise owner, is based on financial success, growth, leadership and for exemplifying the ServiceMaster Commitment.

Shane and Jodi joined ServiceMaster in 2004 after learning about the company from working as Farmers Insurance adjusters. Working in the industry, they were familiar with many restoration companies, but after researching the industry leaders, they were most impressed by the culture at ServiceMaster and chose to buy a ServiceMaster franchise. The Pratts credit their success to maintaining their high level of consistency throughout their organization, giving back to the community and rewarding their employees with a bonus structure that keeps them motivated and reduces turnover.

This past year, Shane and Jodi implemented a dedicated prayer time each morning where employees are encouraged to join. They know they have employees dealing with personal issues, so taking the time to show they are special and being prayed for helps foster a stronger family environment. Shane and Jodi have three children – Tanner, Oliver and Lynnen Josie.

“Shane and Jodi’s energy and dedication are qualities that contribute to the overall success of our company and provide peace of mind to homeowners in their service areas,” said Mike Isakson, President of ServiceMaster Clean, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. “We are proud to honor them with the highest achievement level in our company, the Marion E. Wade Master Award of Honor.”
