Harald Nylinder new Mill Manager of Setra Skinnskatteberg
Harald Nylinder has been appointed as the new Mill Manager of Setra’s sawmill in Skinnskatteberg.
Harald Nylinder has been appointed as the new Mill Manager of Setra Skinnskatteberg. He takes over from Hans Liljeström who on 1 September took up the position of Mill Manager of the combined sawmill and processing unit Setra Rolfs, outside Kalix.
Harald Nylinder, who has Master of Forestry Degree and a degree in Economics, started his journey with Setra as a trainee in 2011. After completing his trainee programme, Harald worked as a product and production developer, product manager and product engineer. For the past two years, Harald has been stationed at Setra Skinnskatteberg and in parallel with his role as product engineer he was also the sawmill’s Deputy Manager.
“Harald has played a significant role in the development of Setra Skinnskatteberg, in terms of both results and organisation,” says Jonas Björnståhl, head of the Sawn Wood Products business area. “Harald’s enthusiasm and strong focus on development combined with his excellent ability to motivate others make him the right person to lead the continuing development of the sawmill.”
Setra Skinnskatteberg is a specialised redwood sawmill. The unit has some 70 employees and an annual production of sawn wood products of approximately 250,000 cubic metres.
Setra Group includes a total of nine sawmills, three processing units and two modular building factories.
