Information from Extraordinary General Meeting of Setra Group

Setra Group AB (publ) held an Extraordinary General Meeting on 17 January at Setra’s head office in Solna. Three new members were elected to the Board.

Against the background of the ownership changes which took place in the company during 2011, and which resulted in Sveaskog and Mellanskog being principal owners with 50% and 49% of the shares, respectively, the Extraordinary General Meeting resolved on the following changes in the Board for Setra Group:

The following people were elected as new members of the Board:
Ulf Agerhill, Board Member of the Mellanskog forest owners’ association
Per Matses, CFO Sveaskog
Per-Olof Wedin, President and CEO Sveaskog

Håkan Ahlqvist (independent Chairman) and Sture Karlsson (President of Mellanskog) will remain as Board Members in accordance with the Annual General Meeting resolution.
