Information from Setra’s Annual General Meeting

Setra Group AB (publ) held its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 23 April 2014 at Setra’s head office in Solna.

At the Annual General Meeting Börje Bengtsson was elected as the Board representative for Mellanskog to succeed Ulf Agerhill. Börje Bengtsson, born 1947, has been a member of the board of Mellanskog forest owners’ association since 2013. During the period 2009-2012 he was President and CEO of Setra. Börje Bengtsson’s other directorships include Chairman of C-rad AB and a member of the Board of Svevia AB.
