New organisation in Setra Group

Setra Group CEO Kent Torwald has decided on a new organisation and appointed a new group management. Setra increases its focus on customers by forming the new organisation according to the customers’ specific requirements. The new group management takes over on 15 April and the new organisation will go into effect on 1 July 2005.

The market organisation in Setra Group will be divided into four customer segments: building trade, distribution/wood processing, industrial customers and importers.
Thomas Asplund is Market Director Distribution.
Mikael Eliasson is Market Director Industrial Segment.

The production organisation will be divided into sawmills and wood processing.
Jerker Nyström is Director Sawmills.
Rolf Lindberg is Director Wood Processing.

The group management will also consist of:
Anne Karlenius, Human Resources Director.
Stefan Lundin, CFO.
Kent Torwald, President/CEO.
