Registration of share capital

Reference is made to the announcement published June 20, 2008, regarding exercise of 66,632 options under the employee option program of the company and the resolution by the Board of Directors to increase the share capital by NOK 13,326.40.

This increase of the share capital has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The total registered share capital of the company is NOK 39,182,435.60
consisting of 195,912,178 shares, each with par value of NOK 0.20. All shares in the company carry equal rights.
